Add Prospect
The short entry form makes adding a prospect easy to do and quick to complete: populate the few details required, confirm the Ts&Cs checkbox and then click either of the Add buttons to complete the process!
The prospect will be added to your database with a 'Hot' status to indicate that the prospect is new and more likely to convert.
Tip
Clicking Add prospect will add the prospect and keep you on the Sales Dashboard ready to add further prospects.

Clicking Add and go to prospect will add the prospect, and then take you directly to view the prospect's profile .

If Web Drop-offs are enabled; these are on-line joiners who haven't finished the sign-up process. See Web Drop Off Settings for full details.
If using one of the capture forms - these are web snippets you can embed in a website (ie the gym's public site) to allow people to register their interest. These are disabled by default and you will need to work with your web designer to integrate them. See Forms
