Forms
These prospect forms are designed as a data capture tool that can be embedded on your own website; the idea is that anyone who registers an interest in your gym using these forms is added directly to your Membr prospect database, so that you can mail/follow them up in the usual way.
The prospect forms here can be edited and tweaked first, before corresponding HTML/Javascript code is generated for use on your site. The code will need to be copied and pasted into your website by a web developer.
Two prospect forms are supplied, and both are initially disabled.
Before you can use or edit one of them, it will need to be enabled. Do so by going to the cog drop-down and choosing Enable.
A new option will appear in the cog drop-down called Show - select this to view the various parameters for the form.
