Manage session packs

A Session Pack gives a member a fixed number of session credits that they can 'spend' on bookings, where one session credit can be used to buy one place on a particular booking type (session packs can be restricted for use on one or more booking types, i.e. just PT or group coaching etc.)
Session Packs can be toggled between Active or Hidden states, and doing so will flip them between the different tabs.
