Preview button
The Preview Button can be found on the member profile, on the Membership Tab. It only appears if the member is on a membership package that requires an ongoing payment (not for PIF) and is used to preview subscription status, or to edit the subscription itself.
Pressing the Preview button will slide out the Membership Details panel showing the subscription status:
If you want to edit the subscription amount, you can click the small arrow to the right of the monthly charge amount. This will slide out the Subscriptions panel, summarising all the data associated with this subscription:
If you click on the options menu, you will see an option to edit the subscription amount. Enter the new figure and click Update Subscription to finish.
