mComms Overview
Hi! Welcome to this guide to using our mComms feature, which adds powerful SMS messaging to the Membr gym management suite. With it, you can send operational or marketing text messages to your members and prospects from directly within the software, much as you can send emails now via the mass email tools.
We've worked hard to make mComms as easy to use, and as flexible as possible so that it works well with all kinds of gym setups, however many locations they have, and however they prefer to be billed. We look after all the details so that creating an SMS campaign is as easy as drafting a message, choosing an audience, and hitting send!
