Getting Started

Simply hit the mComms icon at the bottom left of the Membr suite to get started. From there, you'll be taken to the mComms Account Management screen:

Companies can have one or more accounts depending on the number of gyms they have (and the way they requested setting up), and so selecting an account decides which gym(s) you can actually send messages to.

Note that no other icons will appear down the left hand side until you've selected an account!

You choose an account by heading over to its settings menu on the right:

For a single gym, and in many multiple-gym setups, there will only be a single account to choose from. However, this will vary according to the way we've tailored your mComms setup. Please get in touch with your Membr Success Manager for more details, or to make changes to the way your mComms accounts were set up!

For example, if you had four gyms in your business - two in Scotland and two in England, you might have asked us to create:

  • Four individual accounts, one for each gym, with names like 'Bob's Gym Glasgow' and 'Bob's Gym Manchester' etc.,

  • OR two accounts called 'Bob's Gyms Scotland' and 'Bob's Gyms England' each containing the two respective gyms,

  • OR one account called 'Bob's Gyms' which contains all gyms in the group.

Tip

The account name currently in use is always shown at the top of the screen in the title bar, so look here to be sure you're using the right account:

The last account you selected will remain in use until you select a different account (or you clear your browser's cookies), so if you only have one account, you only need to perform this step once or very rarely!
