Report Builder
The Report Builder tool allows a wide range of different reports to be generated or downloaded. In the My Reports drop-down, you can choose the the category of report you are interested in, for example, Member reports, Transaction reports and many more:
Once you select a category, e.g. Member Reports, the list will expand to show all the various reports of that type:
With a report selected, a message will appear urging you to press the Run button. Click this to view a report using the latest data from your club, such as this All Members report:
For an explanation of the report you are viewing, you can click the small 
symbol next to the report title:
Note
The list of available reports will vary according to employee role; for example financial reports are only available to certain staff types.
